Pricing questions
How much does ZodHR cost?
Plans are priced per employee per month: Essential ₹79, Professional ₹149, Enterprise ₹249. Paying annually saves 20% (Essential is ₹63.20 billed annually). Minimums are 5 on Essential, 5 on Professional, 25 on Enterprise.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices are in INR and GST (18%) is added at checkout. You get a GST tax invoice by email as soon as you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You only need an account and your company name; no card is needed.
Do I pay for former employees?
No. Licences cover active employees. People you offboard stop using a licence, and their records stay in ZodHR.
Can I add licences later?
Yes, at any time. New licences are charged pro rata for the rest of your term and renew with your subscription. Reductions and downgrades take effect at renewal.
How do I pay?
Online through Cashfree with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. A GST tax invoice is emailed as soon as you pay.
What happens if we don’t renew?
Your workspace gets a 7-day grace period and is then paused. Your data is kept, and access comes back as soon as you renew.
